Leaf has assisted The CareVoice, a Shanghai, China-based health insurtech platform to close an eight-figure USD Series A funding.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The round was led by LUN Partners Group, and a global investment manager specializing in financial services. DNA Capital<\/a>, a global healthcare fund, as well as returning investors SOSV<\/a> and Artesian Capital<\/a>, also joined the round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company intends to use the funds to:
\u2013 Invest in R&D and continuously upgrade the CareVoiceOS end-to-end digital healthcare and insurance experience,
\u2013 Expand its sales and customer success teams as well as international business development efforts, and
\u2013 Accelerate the launch of 10 new health insurance products, in partnership with insurers, focusing on health prevention and change of behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cross-border Leaf team advising on this landmark technology project was comprised of Gregory Louvel<\/a> as lead partner, Jean-Philippe Engel<\/a> , partner, with support from Chloe Voratanouvong, Charlotte Mantoux and Zhang Xian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
