Sanyou has successfully acquired shares in Implanet by way of capital increase. It also encompasses the first distribution agreement in China for Implanet\u2019s JAZZ\u00ae platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This transaction is the first Sanyou\u2019s investment on the French market and will help Implanet to finalize the globalization of its product offering for spine surgery with the development of a European range of hybrid fixation systems, and to finance the acceleration of its direct sales in the main European markets, in the United States, and the roll-out of the JAZZ\u00ae platform in China<\/p>\n\n\n\n
