- National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC)
- State Administration for Foreign Exchange (SAFE)
- Taxation Bureau
- Public Security Bureau
- Environment Protection Bureau
- Labor Bureau
- Administrations of specific industries
Since January 1, 2020, MOFCOM Pre-approval and record filling is not required, except for related transactions which is still subject to MOFCOM approval. Instead, a new process – MOFCOM online reporting is required.
