Leaf has assisted Creative Capital on its acquisition by Altavia
Leaf has advised the founder of Creative Capital on its acquisition by Altavia, a leading marketing agency focused on commercial communication for the retail sector in the world.
Creative Capital, leading independent branding agency in China with offices in Shanghai, Jakarta and New York, has merged with Altavia Asia.
Leaf has assisted the seller during the negotiations and the drafting of contractual documentation of the transaction.
Creative Capital’s brand activation experience coupled with Altavia Group’s retail activation knowledge, will enable newly merged team to bring more efficiency and deliver more forward-looking retail marketing solutions.

Altavia Asia, established in 2005, has been helping large retailers and FMCG brands on sales communication through its offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Beijing, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo. Jing Legrand, previously CEO of Altavia China will step up to become Altavia Asia CEO. Louis Houdart 路易, founder of Creative Capital, will remain in his role of CEO of Creative Capital and become Chief Strategy Officer of Altavia Asia.
