Leaf has advised the Management team of Creative Capital on its acquisition by Altavia, a leading marketing agency focused on commercial communication for the retail sector in China.
Creative Capital, leading independent branding agency in China with offices in Shanghai, Jakarta and New York, has been purchased by Altavia Asia.
Leaf has assisted the sellers during the structuring, the negotiations and the drafting of contractual documentation of the transaction.
