Negotiations for a luxury silversmith brand

Leaf team has advised a French a luxury silversmith brand on the drafting and negotiation of numerous lease agreements for stand alone boutiques and shop-in-shop retail locations. We also represented the brand in several dispute resolutions with landlords. Our assistance to this brand also involved the relocation of stores, as well as the transfer of stores from distributor to the relevant brand’s entity in the PRC.
