Advising French-largest retailer on its development in China

Leaf team has advised the French-largest retailer on a variety of issues related to development of its China business.  The scope of our work with this large group included: support to organic growth, acquisitions and restructuring (including a bid for the acquisition of a competitor), real estate issues (tenancy agreements, tenant handbooks, management agreements), and assisting in the routine update of the French group’s standard supply agreements.
