Compliance program in the Pharmaceutical industry in China

Leaf team represented a French pharmaceutical company in reviewing and updating its compliance program following the said case “GSK”. This case resulted in a major reorganization of its sales network, the dismissal of several employees and the implementation of new internal procedures related to labor law and relations with customers and suppliers.
