Joint Venture in the Aviation Industry in China

Leaf Team has assisted the largest European commercial airline for its joint venture project with one of the largest Chinese commercial airlines in the field of domestic and international air cargo transportation and storage activities. The scope of assistance included the drafting and negotiation of contractual and commercial documentation in Chinese and English for the Equity Joint Venture, the integration to customer fidelity system and the communication with CAAC.
