Fabian is a French lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. Fabian also advises his clients on joint ventures, reorganizations, and all aspects of company law. Fabian has significant experience in coordinating lawyers and other advisers to provide a comprehensive range of business law services, covering both advisory and litigation matters, in France and internationally.
After having practiced for over ten years in leading French and international law firms (Gide Loyrette Nouel, Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats, Franklin, and De Pardieu Brocas Maffei), Fabian has joined Leaf to provide strategic legal support to entrepreneurs, companies, and investment funds.
