Advising two haute couture brands regarding their expansion in China

Leaf team has advised two haute couture brands regarding their expansion in China. The scope of our work included the establishment and reorganization of domestic companies and the opening of stores across the PRC, as well as assistance in connection with daily operations (labour issues, reorganization of board of directors, introduction of new products to China – such as baby products, mobile phones or books). We also advised one of the two brands in connection with a review of lease agreements for more than 30 stores across China.
