Starting of distribution of an American fashion brand

Some of our Leaf team members advised an American fashion brand in connection with the starting up of their distribution activities in PRC. The scope of work included the setting-up of a retail company and various branches, the negotiation of lease agreements, as well as various matters in connection with labour law.
