Leaf has advised the Founder of Graine de Pastel, a 100% Made in France organic and natural cosmetics brand. The Founder of Graine de Pastel has decided to partner with a strong and agile local player to consolidate its strengths and ensure a sustainable growth in the Chinese complex market by allowing Harmay to enter as a minority shareholder in the share capital of Graine de Pastel in France.
