Leaf assists Red Accent in his HTC deal on Virtual Reality project

Leaf assisted Red Accent, video game creator, to structure its deal with Taiwanese group HTC on Virtual Reality project.

The Shanghai-based Law Firm has negotiated the financing and contractual agreements according to which Red Accent will produce a Virtual Reality (VR) game on the HTC Vive Platform.

This deal is part of HTC’s Vive X accelerator program, which welcomes more than 30 new VR and AR startups to the fold with investments in North America and Asia.

In  2014, Leaf already assisted Red Accent in its multi-million funding operation with a major Chinese player in video game industry as lead investor for the launch of its activities in the USA and Asia.
